Core Questions
Instead of charging $6 to $22 for every person you hire, PGB Business prices the workspace itself. Starter ($5/mo) includes your domain and up to 10 mailboxes; Growth ($25/mo) includes 5 domains and up to 50 mailboxes; Business ($100/mo) includes unlimited domains and mailboxes under fair use. Aliases, groups (like sales@ or support@) and forwarders never count toward your limit.
Workspace Pricing & Billing
- Do email aliases, groups, or forwarders count toward my mailbox limit?
- Never. Only mailboxes with their own inbox storage (personal mailboxes and shared team inboxes) count toward your plan's mailbox limit. Aliases, distribution groups, and forwarders are unlimited on every plan.
- What happens if we need more mailboxes or storage on Starter or Growth?
- You can add +5 mailboxes ($5/mo), +1 custom domain ($2/mo), or extra pooled storage packs (+10 GB to +1 TB) at any time from Admin → Plan & limits, or upgrade to Business for unlimited mailboxes and domains.

- How long does custom domain setup take?
- Creating your workspace and adding your domain takes less than five minutes. Our setup wizard gives you exact MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to paste at your DNS registrar, and checks them automatically.
- Can my team use Bitwarden browser extensions with PGB Business Vault?
- Yes. PGB Business Vault speaks the standard Bitwarden client protocol so your team can autofill passwords on desktop and mobile while keeping vault items inside your workspace.
