What’s different

4 Architectural Moats

Built for how work actually gets done.

Summaries and reply drafts are everywhere now. These are the four capabilities other workplaces can't easily copy, because we run both the mail server and the database underneath every app.

MOAT-01

Native SMTP/JMAP + State Machine

Because we run the mail server and the PostgreSQL database underneath every app, thread states ('Needs reply', 'Waiting', 'Promised') update on message arrival and sync directly into Today and Tasks.

MOAT-02

Server-Enforced AI Guardrails

AI agents don't share human session cookies. The mail server checks every read and outbound send against the agent's policy and holds out-of-policy messages in the human Approvals queue.

MOAT-03

Structured Ingest Pipeline

Incoming invoices, receipts, and orders are parsed at ingest time into typed Collections rows—each cryptographically linked to the source message and attachment.

MOAT-04

Relationship-Aware Fraud Graph

Instead of scoring one email in isolation, Shield models your workspace's historical vendor and colleague graph, requiring two-key verification when bank details change.

The commitment inbox01 / 04

Every conversation has a state.

Your inbox stops being a list sorted by date. Each thread is needs reply, waiting on them, I promised, FYI or done, set automatically when mail arrives and changed with one click.

Key Capabilities Included

  • Promises tracked both ways: what you said you'd send, and what others owe you, with due dates and nudges.
  • Views for Needs reply, Waiting, Promised and Today.
  • Shared inboxes for sales@ and support@ with assignment, internal notes and “Ada is replying” warnings.

02Agent-safe mailboxesAvailable

The business email where AI agents can’t go rogue.

Put an AI agent on info@ or invoices@ without handing it the keys to everything. Each agent gets its own identity and a policy that the mail server enforces on every read and every send.

  • Limit what it can read and who it can write to: existing contacts, internal only, or listed domains.
  • Anything outside the policy is held for a person to approve or reject.
  • Every agent action lands in the audit log, with a kill switch per agent.
03Email becomes dataAvailable

Invoices, receipts and orders, turned into data.

Define a collection, such as Invoices with vendor, number, amount and due date, and matching mail is turned into rows, each linked to the message it came from.

  • Low-confidence rows go to a review queue before they count.
  • Browse, edit, search and export to CSV, or read rows through the API.
  • Automations: notify someone, create a task or call a signed webhook.
04Payment-fraud and impersonation shieldAvailable

Knows who you really deal with.

Filters judge one message at a time. The shield knows your workspace’s relationships, so it notices when something about a familiar conversation is off.

  • Flags lookalike domains, colleagues’ names on outside addresses and first-time senders asking for money.
  • A known vendor’s bank details changing starts a verification step: confirm out of band, two people approve.
  • Learns from your own mail only, never from other customers.
